Our gold piece – the rooftop apartment with number 5 – is located on the 2nd floor of Haus Sonnenschein. It impresses with a fantastic view over Hart, approx. 90 m² and therefore the perfect size for 2 to 5 people.

The apartment is equipped as follows:

• 1 anteroom with cloakroom
• 1 spacious eat-in kitchen with kitchenette, sitting area and TV;
  the kitchen offers a 4-hob electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine,
  toaster, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and sufficient crockery (spices/vinegar/oil are not provided)
• 1 bedroom with double bed and skylight
• 1 bedroom with double and single bed
• 1 small storage room
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet
• Guests – WLAN (up to 2 MBit)

• Shared garden with barbecue area and gas barbecue (gas available in summer)
• Ski cellar with ski boot dryer / storage room for bicycles
• Parking space

• Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• We do not accept credit or debit cards.
• Winter in the Zillertal is snowy. In order for you to enjoy your winter vacation to the fullest, we would like to remind you to equip your car accordingly. (Winter tires are indispensable, snow chains may also be required).
