Because they share an entrance, apartments 3 and 4 can only be rented together. They are on the first floor of the Sunshine House and are ideal for holidays with a family or several friends. Enjoy your break on the sunny side of the Zillertal.

Apartment 3 with approx. 40 m² is suitable for 2 persons and offers:

• 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area. The kitchenette has 4-burner electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and enough dishes (spices/vinegar/oil are not available).
• 1 small bedroom with double bed
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet
• Guests – WLAN (up to 2 MBit)
• Shared garden with barbecue area and gas barbecue (gas available in summer)
• Ski cellar with ski boot dryer / storage room for bicycles
• Parking space

Apartment 4 impresses with approx. 80 m², space for 2 to 5 people and the following comfort:

• Generous entrance area with tiled stove
• Kitchen-living room with large sitting area, sofa, TV and kitchenette with 4-burner electric stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and sufficient dishes (spices/food/oil are not available).
• 1 bedroom with double bed
• 1 bedroom with double and single bed
• 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin
• Guests – WLAN (up to 2 MBit)
• Big balcony
• Shared garden with barbecue area and gas barbecue (gas available in summer)
• Ski cellar with ski boot dryer / storage room for bicycles
• Parking space

Good to know:

• Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• We do not accept credit or debit cards.
• Winter in the Zillertal is snowy. In order for you to enjoy your winter vacation to the fullest, we would like to remind you to equip your car accordingly. (Winter tires are indispensable, snow chains may also be required).
