Our Kostenzer apartment house offers apartments close to the center and close to nature in Fügen, Zillertal and is only 100 meters below the Spieljochbahn.

Apartment II impresses with its spacious layout with space for 2 to 4 people and the following features:

• NEW KITCHEN from December 2024!
  Living kitchen with new kitchenette and seating area
  incl. Dishwasher, microwave, cooktop with 2 burners, refrigerator,
  Electric kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, plenty of dishes available!
  (Spices/vinegar/oil are not available)
• 2 double rooms (inside)
• 1 living room with TV & radio
• Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet
• Guests – WLAN (up to 2 MBit)
• large and covered terrace – shared with apartment III and VI

Good to know:

• Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• We do not accept credit or debit cards.
• Winter in the Zillertal is snowy. So that you can enjoy your winter holiday to the full, we would like to remind you to equip your car accordingly (winter tires are essential, and snow chains may also be required).
• The house has a ski storage room and a ski boot dryer.
