  However, it can be heated in the classic way with the wood-burning stove in the bedroom. (wood available)
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment. We ask for your understanding.
• Open fires are strictly prohibited due to the risk of fire!
• For larger groups, we also offer our Goldschmied farmhouse (for up to 10 people).
• The apartment is located at the back of the rustic Goldschmied farmhouse. Both units are separated from each other and have separate entrances.
• In summer, our guests at the KOSIS Sports Lifestyle Hotel can hire the hotel’s own e-bikes to explore the Zillertal mountains. Rental price: Euro 25,- per day/bike and subject to availability.

Our house is located at approx. 900 m above sea level. The ski bus stop is approx. 10 minutes’ walk away on Hochfügener Straße.

The Spieljochbahn valley station with approx. 21 km of pistes in Fügen is approx. 7 minutes away by car.
In summer, the “Spieljoch Adventure Mountain” offers lots of fun and adventure for young and old.

The next largest ski area Hochfügen/Kaltenbach with approx. 181 km of slopes is approx. 18 minutes away by car.
In summer, Hochfügen is an insider tip for wonderful hikes, archery and bike tours, as well as a delicious stop at the ****Hotel Almhof.

The house is easily accessible via the Hochfügener Straße.
Winter tires are mandatory. We ask you to have snow chains with you, as snow chains may be compulsory at any time!

The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% and later cancellations will be charged at 90%.
No-shows and early departures will be invoiced at 100%.
