Unforgettable holidays on the mountain

In our rustic farmhouse from the 16th century at 900m above sea level with space for up to 10 people, your hut vacation in Austria with family or friends will be an unforgettable experience. The following awaits you inside the cozy wooden house:

On the ground floor:

• Spacious kitchen with pantry, sitting area, wood-burning stove, electric stove with 4 hobs and oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and sufficient crockery (for hygiene reasons, no spices, vinegar and oil are not available)
• Cozy living room with tiled stove, TV and large seating area
• Large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and washing machine

On the upper floor:

• 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 triple)
• Bathroom with shower, WC and Finnish sauna (operational from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

Good to know:

• In summer, a spacious, covered sun terrace with gas barbecue (gas available) and sun loungers invites you to linger.
• In summer the parking spaces are right next to the house – in winter the parking lot is about 50 m above the house.
• The Goldschmied farmhouse is equipped with central heating. The central heating does not work between April and November.
  The wood stove in the kitchen and the tiled stove in the living room can also be heated. There is enough wood available for the stoves.
• Bed linen is available. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• We do not accept credit or debit cards.
• Please understand that pets are not allowed.
• Especially for winter vacations with friends or family the farmhouse Goldschmied is a popular domicile.
  We would like to remind you to equip your car accordingly.(Winter tires are indispensable, snow chains may also be needed).
• You will stay in a traditional old Tyrolean farmhouse from the 16th century; partly the original door frames and doors are still present. Low door jambs that make up the cozy ambiance at the old farmhouse.
• For the greater comfort of our guests, we have built a second bathroom with a large shower, toilet and a sauna on the upper floor in the barn area.
  Since the buildings had different heights, the statics and construction resulted in only a low passage from the hallway to the bathroom.
